User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the security of child profile passkeys
• Providing accurate and complete information

Use of Service

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share or distribute inappropriate content

Content Ownership

Stories generated through our service are created using AI technology. You retain ownership of the content you create, but grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide the service.

Public Stories

When you make a story public, you grant other users the right to view and assign that story to their children. You retain ownership but allow community access.

Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

Kids Zanta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
